Bill grew up in Forest Hills, PA. He attended St. Vincent College then St. Louis Univ. School of Medicine. After interning in Philadelphia he spent two years as a flight medical officer in the Air Force at McGuire AFB. After a residency and practice in Psychiatry in Philadelphia he opened a practice in Greensboro, N.C. in1972. retired he is consulting at the VA Medical Clinic in Winston-Salem, NC.
