Frank was born in Denver, Colorado and spent most of his childhood moving between CA, AZ, and TX. Upon graduation from Cholla High School in Tucson, AZ he entered the Marine Corps where he served for 6 years. He met Amy Shogan in 2002, and they were married in Scottsdale, AZ in 2003. Frank is the owner of Fire Rock Construction, LLC.
