Regis was born on 22 July 1944 in Turtle Creek PA. He attended St Colman Grade School in TC, ST. Anselm HS in Swissvale, PA and Carnegie Mellon University BS(1966), Metallurgy & Material Science, MS(1971), Metallurgical Engineering. He married Kathleen Randall in 1971 and had five children. He spent most of his career with Westinghouse Corporation, and finally retired in 2005. When he's not working as a consultant to continue to support Westinghouse, he enjoys his time in his lifelong passion... fishing!
